We started making mayonnaise in 1986 selling mayonnaise to local chefs for their restuarants and it went so well that we started mayonnaise production full time, starting with our Gold Award winning Classic Mayonnaise (Great Taste Awards). We also went into making bespoke products for a wide range of other farm shop and deli focussed companies.

With a small but dedicated team we have gone on to develop a wonderful range of delightful dips, sauces, dressings and mayonnaises that suit every pallet and food situation. We make everything in small batches to ensure the end consumer has the freshest product to our own exacting standards.

Re-brand for 2011 - Its out there!

Things are hotting up for Christmas, watch out for our limited edition Christmas products, they will be out there shortly, in gift boxes at Homesense stores around the UK and in local stored near you. From the mouthwatering Beetroot and Horseradish Sauce to the spice filled Coronation Chutney.
