We’re very proud of our latest sauces, they are great tasting and take the stress out of making your own. As always they are produced using the finest ingredients and to our chef’s own exacting standards.
Hollandaise
Now heatable, it is rich and buttery with a hint of lemon. Perfect with asparagus but just as nice with salmon!
BÉArnaise
Also heatable, with its creamy texture, a nice tarragon flavour comes through making it wonderful with hot and cold red meats.
Tartare
The tangy capers make this the perfect accompaniment to seafood, especially breaded fish!
Dill
Sweet and sharp at the same time, as always a good traditional partner for smoked salmon.
Marie Rose Sauce
It's the pink one, the one you have on prawn cocktails. Funnily enough this dish is making a come back, hopefully its something to do with our traditional, tangy Marie Rose sauce!
