It's that time of year again; the clocks have changed and the long, bitter, dark nights are upon us. And so is Firework Night.

When is it? Remember, remember the 5th of November.

Here at The Condiment Company, we just love this time of year.. There's the fireworks, marshmallows on the bonfire, the food and the sparklers.

Talking about the food, we've put together a list of all the must have Firework Night foods (you can thank us later)!

First up, burgers. They're another iconic food for this time of year. You can't beat watching the fireworks with a whopping burger in your hand. A succulent flame-grilled burger, tucked nicely into a fresh bun, with a little onions and a slice of cheese.. Oh, and don't forget the lettuce and tomato, if there's room.. You'll obvouisly need a condiment of some sort to compliment this divine burger. Our Blue Cheese Mayonnaise is the perfect addition!

Next, hot dogs. Where there's burgers, there has to be hot dogs, right? It's perhaps one of the most iconic foods of Firework Night. Standing round the fire, what's better than tucking into a piping hot hot dog, smothered in mustard and wrapped in the softest white bun imaginable?! Can you think of a more suitable food for the night?! We think not. May we recommend our American Deli Mustard as your go-to for your hot dog?! Not a fan of Deli style mustards, then our Hot English Mustard may just warm your cockles on that bittersome night. We put the 'hot' in 'hot dog'!

Having a bonfire with those fireworks? Jacket potatoes are obviously the way to go! Wrap them up tightly in tin foil, and let them cook nicely in the ashes of the fire. Once they're done, you should have perfectly baked jacket spuds.. crispy skins and delicately cooked insides. Delicious! Add plently of butter of course and whatever you do, do not forget to smother with Garlic Mayonnaise. Not a fan of garlic? Then our Blue Cheese Mayonnaise will provide the perfect 'jacket' to cover those spuds.

We're sure these delicious food ideas will warm you up and make your firework night go off with a bang!
